Timings
On receipt of your order you will receive confirmation of a start of build date and an expected dispatch date.

Payment
All monetary values are in UK Sterling and include VAT. We ask for a £150 non-refundable deposit at least two weeks before we are to start building your yacht. Building will not commence until funds have cleared. Bank Transfer and Paypal are the preferred option, other options such as cheque are available.

NOTE: Paypal's handling charges of 4% will be added.

Once your yacht is built the remaining costs including shipping have to be paid in full, we only ask for this just before we are about to dispatch. All boats are packed in a large tube with bubble wrap and polystyrene. Leads are sent in their own tube for safety.

Export
We have sent yachts out all over the world, but there are a few important things that as a buyer you need to be aware of. Check your local import duties, these will have to be paid before your customs clear for final delivery to you. If a yacht is returned to us due to non-clearance of customs at the buyers end, or non delivery due to buyer not paying the import duties, the buyer is liable for the full postage costs incurred. Some countries will not accept any electrical items such as winches or servo's to be installed in the yacht.
